The Three Stooges

The Three Stooges
The three Stooges is a rock formation at the top of a peak in the Southern Peninsula, around about fourty minutes drive from Cape Town. The walk there is pleasant, has wonderful views. These rocks are three pillars, about 2 metres in height, standing next to each other. They are quite unique.

I discovered these rock pillars while exploring the Kalk Bay range looking for something unique to photograph. I also named this rock formation as it was not known until now. I do hope you enjoy hiking to them.

Added to this walk, I have added full instructions on how to reach Muizenberg cave, which is a large hidden cave in the middle of the mountains. Here you can explore the passages running through it with a torch (if you enjoy exploring in the dark) which adds extra adventure to the walk
A PDF is available below for downloading to provide you with full details on how to get to this incredible place, along with MAPS and interesting facts about the region.
