Froggy Pond Beach is a small cove, that many of the locals come in swim in. There are not many facilities here, but the cove is attractive. It fits into more the beach next to the road category, but makes a nice spot for a swim if you are staying in the area. The waves can be quite strong on some days meaning you can fee a bit pummeled by the time you come out. This is because the South Easter hits this spot quite hard in the summer months.
