Elephant Eye starts at Silvermine which is in the South Peninsula about 20 minute drive from Cape Town. This reserve has a small entrance fee, with a great dam, suitable for swimming as well as great walks in the vicinty. This is one of those hikes that the whole family can enjoy as its not too strenuous but enjoyable.
